Welcome to Our Line Dancing Nights
Line dancing is a choreographed dance where a group of people perform synchronized steps in rows or lines. Traditionally associated with country music, line dancing has evolved to include a wide variety of music genres, such as pop, rock, hip-hop, Latin, and R&B. The dancers follow a set pattern of moves, repeating sequences throughout the song, and no partner is needed, making it an inclusive and social activity.
Cardio and Health Benefits
Line dancing is also a fantastic cardio workout, combining aerobic exercise with coordination and rhythm. Some of the key health benefits include:

Line Dance Nights
Below is a number of events we run every week.
Friday- 7pm to 9pm lessons (2-3 per night) then all request until 12am

Tuesday- 7pm to 9pm lessons, all request until 12am.
Saturday- All Request Line Dancing- 7pm to 12am
